Together we use the tools of movement, deep listening, relaxation, yoga, writing, and meditation to reach your goals for body and soul.
You can select a mix of healing sessions for your wellness practice.

Culture Coaching
How are you in social situations? Do you want to become an adept social networker or just express your authentic self? Let’s take a look at your cultural capital and make you “a natural” in any environment.
Deep Work
You are afraid of some things – we all are. Our fears are the walls built around our lives, creating barriers and obstructions, keeping us safe, but also keeping us small. Let’s look together at your fears and old beliefs and decide to break the patterns that block your growth. Let’s enact a strategic plan for your best life.
The Amsterdam Deep Dive
Urban retreat meets the ultimate summer camp for grownups. Every August, in Amsterdam, we gather together as a group of makers, goal getters, and deep thinkers to explore, restore, and work on ourselves. We use the city as our classroom, and we walk, talk, share and build, and re-map our minds to place the things we care most about at the center of our lives. A dedicated time – even if only one, two, or four weeks – set aside to honor and elevate our soul’s goals.
I am there to teach and coach. The cohort invites you to explore and share joy.
