I’m a global citizen, growth coach, and indigenous healing artist with deep roots in my native Washington D.C. Home is wherever I land. Whether in D.C., Amsterdam, or most recently Saigon, I’m part of a thriving global community. Through the medicine of movement, the wisdom of stillness, and the teachings of mindfulness, and Raja Yoga, we awaken the knowledge that each of us is powerful, brilliant, worthy, and connected.
